| Monday-Thursday (Two Day Minimum Stay) $145/day |
| Friday-Sunday (Two Day Weekend Minimum Stay) $175/day |

| Our rates include wifi highspeed internet, unlimited long-distance calling in the U.S., HD satellite television, beverages (coffee, teas, soft drinks) and snacks, full breakfast and exclusive use of the Cottage for two people. Additional persons (limit 2): $25/day each. |
| A full kitchen and outdoor gas and charcoal grills are available for guests who wish to prepare their own meals. |
Options: |
| 1. 10% Discount for Guests opting for no breakfast or, |
| 2. Guests who do not wish breakfast may substitute our spa platter, or a convenient picnic backpack for those wishing to enjoy a romantic evening or outdoor picnic. |
| Additional Services Available: Pay-per-view movies, flower arrangements*, Gasconade River canoe floats*, and massage spa services*. |
| *These services require arrangment prior to your arrival. |
Payment |
| A 25% deposit will guarantee your reservation. Balance due at check-out. Payment by cash, check, or credit card. |

Cancellations & Refunds |
| Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival will receive a full refund, less 10% service fee. 30-day notice of cancellations is required for festival weekends. |
House Rules |
| We welcome children eleven and older at the Cottage. To protect our guests with allergies, no pets or smoking are allowed inside. Visitors may smoke outside. |

| 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Please call if you need to schedule an early or late arrival. |
